Summer 2013: The Call Process

Our church is now in the beginning stages of calling a pastor after the death of our pastor of 12 years, Judy Gifford, in February. We have spent several months in looking at our congregation's needs and personality. All of this is needed to complete the Ministry Site Profile from the ELCA. The church council invited members of the congregation to fill out forms and also to attend cottage meetings to share their opinions in this process. Now, the opinions have been compiled and we are almost ready to fill out the pages of this extensive form.
